What’s Coming to Tech Breakdowns

I wanted to write a brief update as there are a lot of new readers here so it’s about time I commit to a posting schedule that keeps everyone (free & paid) happy.

Next Up (End of Jan & February)

Unity

I’ve been putting together a breakdown of Unity (U). This will be posted this week along with a miniature model. Starting with Unity, I will be compiling more data in the models that Premium readers can obtain from the models page.

Snowflake

After Unity, I want to tackle Snowflake (SNOW). It’s a name with a lot of interest, and it’s very dominant in mindshare.

Investor’s Guide to the Galaxy

The Rocket Lab deep dives were a real delight. As part of doing them I did learn a lot more about the broader space technology scene. Mixed in between up coming public company breakdowns I will be starting this new series that is focused specifically on space technology.

Earnings!

It’s earnings season, I’ll be covering some of those and providing analysis where it makes sense. Specifically you can expect it on big tech, Duolingo, Adyen, and Rocket Lab. I’ll also be updating the premium models once new information is out. These updates will be shared on YouTube and here.

More Data!

Finally, more data. While I don’t yet have the model coverage I do have the data on things like KPIs, user numbers, and other fun things for a number of public tech companies. It’s not stored pleasantly, but I will be cleaning that up to get it live here.

One More Thing…

Did I say “finally?” Well, there’s one more thing, a bit more out there. The models are cool, but they require downloading Excel data, and shaping the story across many variables.

What I want to build instead is a tool that lets you modify KPIs (like entering in how many Neutron rockets Rocket Lab will launch, and at what price) then showing you how this affects the value of a company.

We’ll see how this goes… I do plan on creating this in public and sharing the plans / struggles on YouTube as well as updates from time-to-time here.
